Transavia, legally incorporated as Transavia Airlines C.V. and formerly branded as transavia.com, is a Dutch low-cost airline and a wholly owned subsidiary of KLM and therefore part of the Air France-KLM group. Its main base is Amsterdam Airport Schiphol and has further bases at Rotterdam The Hague Airport, Munich Airport and Eindhoven Airport. Transavia maintains Transavia France as its French subsidiary.

If you are invited to attend two interviews. These interviews are held with members of the Transavia Assumption Commission (TACO) and take place in one day. TACO consists of a number of our pilots and a representative of the HR department. If these talks are successful, then there is a psychological examination and possibly a simulator session instead. Based on these interviews and psychological tests will determine whether you qualify for the training of transavia.com.
A positive decision, following the medical examination and security screening, and then you’re ready to go into training. The actual allocation of a training place is dependent on our demand for new pilots.”
