Cabin Services Manager – LGW (09824)
To continue growing and delivering for our customers, we have an exciting opportunity for a Cabin Services Manager to lead the cabin crew community at our biggest base, working cross functionally with other members of the base management team to deliver an efficient operation championing leadership and commercial awareness.
You`ll be leading the Cabin Services operational base performance and acting as a role model and champion for the base at all times. You`ll also ensure safe and consistent delivery through continuous performance management of all Cabin Crew and you`ll also manage and develop a high-performing Cabin Services management team at base: Lead Crew Performance Managers, CPM Up-Rankers, Base Support Administrator Manager.
It will be fundamental to build strong cross functional working with both Ground Ops and Flight ops in base to ensure we drive a high performing culture and robust operational environment speaking as one voice.
