We’re L3 Commercial Aviation, one of the world’s leading pilot training organizations, and we’re expanding our team of Flight Instructors at our European Airline Academy located between Lisbon and Porto in the scenic region of Alentejo.

With great weather, modern facilities, a rapidly expanding fleet of aircraft and committed students, the European Academy is an ideal location for you to share your knowledge and train the next generation of Airline Pilots.

If you’re not looking to relocate permanently? That’s not a problem! We’ve an incredible ‘commuter package’ offering greater flexibility.  So whether you’d like to reside in Portugal or commute from your home country, L3 has a Flight Instructor contract to suit your circumstances.

Who are we looking for?

You’ll be supporting the development of our cadets by providing them with high-quality training, combining your experience with our tuition program.  Naturally, you’ll hold an EASA CPL with a Class 1 Medical.  Perhaps you’re ME/IR qualified or  an SE rated Flight Instructor.  Even if you’re just starting to build your hours, we’d love to hear from you.
