We are operating on modern, diversified and young fleet, assuring extraordinary career opportunities for all pilots. By the end of 2019, we will be flying on 15 Boeing 787 Dreamliners, more than 20 Boeing 737s (-400/-800/-MAX 8), as well as 30 Embraers (170/175/190/195) and 12 Bombardiers Q400.

For the time being, more than 700 pilots are cooperating with LOT, carrying out regular and charter flights every day. By starting flying with LOT, pilot gains the best career opportunity in region: starting from turboprop Bombardier Q400, through narrow-body jet planes as Embraer and Boeing B737 (including brand new B737 MAX 8), finishing on wide-body, top of the art, Boeing B787 Dreamliner.

CURRENTLY WE ARE LOOKING FOR CANDIDATES FOR A POSITION OF:

FIRST OFFICER (B787)

Base: Warsaw

OUR OFFER IS ADDRESSED TO PILOTS FULFILLING REQUIREMENTS GIVEN BELOW:

  • minimum 2 000 hours of total flight time experience on aircraft above 20 000 kg MTOW in AOC carrier or minimum 500 on B787 in AOC carrier or
  • minimum 1 000 hours of total flight time experience on aircraft above 120 000 kg MTOW in AOC carrier or
  • valid EASA PART FCL license or ICAO: CPL(A), ATPL(A),
  • PBN additionaly
  • English Language Proficiency ICAO Level 4
  • valid EU (Part – MED) issued Class 1 medical certificate
  • unrestricted right to live and work in European Union.

We are looking mostly for pilots, willing to bond on long term with LOT and benefit from an extensive career varieties on different types of planes. For pilots, who would like to stay with us even longer, we offer an unique increasing compensation scheme, as the time and experience grow.

Taking into consideration very dynamic growth of Company and different fleets, pilot meeting our requirements can expect a very fast upgrade for a Captain position, that is why we are focused on finding out candidates, demonstrating superior competences from the very beginning. One of the requirements is minimum 5000 total flight time including 1000 hours on LOT Group aircrafts.

We offer a stable, monthly published roster, which is published in 2 weeks advance.

We are not charging our future pilots with Type Rating costs – if only you satisfy our minimum requirements, including aviation knowledge and personality profile, you can be sure that we would like to start working with you.

The selection process usually takes a few days and is finished with a feedback, including decision taken by the recruitment team and the date of expected start of training.
