Regional Jet is one of the biggest capacity providers in Europe, focused on long-term ACMI contracts with Major European airlines. Based in Tallinn, Estonia, established in 2015 is currently owned by Nordica and LOT Polish Airlines. The Company is operating a fast-growing fleet of modern CRJ700-900, ATR72-600 aircrafts and is in the process of introducing Embraer 190-195s for long term ACMI operations. To assist with this expansion, we seek to fill the role of Chief Pilot CRJ to be based in Tallinn, Estonia.

For this role we are seeking an experienced pilot who, in addition to their operational expertise on the aircraft, also has strong technical knowledge, management ability, leadership skills, and business.

Requirements:

  • CRJ700/900 Type Rating
  • Experienced in crew management
  • Negotiating skills
  • Goal-oriented thinking
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to operate independently
  • Training skills
  • ICAO – at least level 4 (English)
  • Licence – valid EASA
  • Medical – class 1
  • Right to live and work in EU countries

Is an advantage:

  • TRI / TRE qualification
  • Experienced in similar role
  • Administration of Operations Manuals
