Aero Logistics Pty Ltd is an established aviation company with bases in various locations around Australia. Aero Logistics and its subsidiaries operate Fixed Wing aircraft on Survey and Aerial Work operations throughout the Australasian region.

We are currently seeking applications from appropriately qualified and experienced Survey Pilots for our operations within Western Australia. Based in Perth (Jandakot), with a full time, permanent contract available. Preference will be given to applicants residing in or around Perth.

This position is FIFO in nature from Perth, on a roster basis and requires applicants to have the ability to work efficiently in the field with remote oversight.

Responsibilities

The successful applicant would be responsible for flying on day to day operations around Western Australia and other locations as required. These operations consist of Aerial Survey, including, but not limited to, Aerial Photography and LiDAR operations.

In this position, the successful applicant would be required to conduct survey flights as well as, completing required flight records, participating in the Aero Logistics Safety Culture and ensuring the tasked aircraft is maintained to a clean and consistently operationally ready state.

Due to client and operational requirements, applicants should only apply if they meet ALL of the Essential Criteria. The Essential Criteria is unable to be substituted with other types of experience.

Qualifications

Minimum Requirements:

  • CASA CPL(A) or Higher
  • CASA Class 1 Medical
  • 2,500 hours total time
  • 1,500 hours total command
  • 500 hours multi engine command
  • 100 hours on either Cessna 402 or 404
  • Current ME IPC with a minimum of 6 months remaining
  • Must be able to work weekends
  • Dangerous Goods Awareness Certificate
  • Current ASIC

Desired:

  • Previous Aerial Survey Experience
  • Previous International Operations Experience
  • First Aid Certificate
  • Crew Resource Management Course
  • Dangerous Goods Drivers Licence
