Airborne Personnel ltd. on behalf of their client, Air Atlanta Icelandic are inviting applications for open pilot positions for their B747 fleet. They seek B747 rated & non-rated applicants for both ranks and include cruise relief pilots. These positions are listed on Airborne’s website here. 

B747 Cruise Relief Pilots

Minimum Requirements:

  • Hold EASA Commercial Pilot License + IR and Class I Medical
  • Have completed MCC training
  • Have minimum of 200 flying hours of which 70 are PIC of an aeroplane

Offer:

Training starting: end of AUG/beginning of SEPT. Commuting contract with different rotation patterns available. Accommodation and travel provided by the airline. Insurance provided.

B747 First Officers

Minimum Requirements:

  • EASA Part-FCL ATPL
  • Valid Class 1 Medical
  • ICAO English Language level 5 or higher
  • Valid EU Passport/Citizenship
  • A minimum of 500 hours on Multi Crew Aircraft with MTOW not less than 10 tonnes – or with an approved passenger seating configuration of more than 19 passengers.

Offer:

Training starting: end of AUG/beginning of SEPT. Commuting contract with different rotation patterns available. Payment on basis of a daily fee and additional per diem. Accommodation and travel provided by the airline. Insurance provided.

B747 Captains

Minimum Requirements:

  • EASA Part-FCL ATPL
  • Valid Class 1 Medical
  • ICAO English Language level 5 or higher
  • Valid EU Passport/Citizenship
  • Total of 6000 hours of which a minimum of 4500 hours must have been on a turbo jet aircraft over 40 tonnes or Total of 5000 hours of which a minimum of 4500 hours must have been on a turbo jet aircraft over 40 tonnes, including 1500 hours as Commander.

NB Rated applicants need a valid B747 Rating along with 5000 total time and 1500 as a Commander,
