Emerald Airlines is seeking experienced pilots to join our team, operating the ATR 72-600, known for its eco-friendly performance. We offer a professional, collaborative environment where integrity, teamwork, and transparency are key values.

ATR Rated First Officers

Minimum requirements:

  • Flight Experience: ATR experience
  • Licensing: EASA licence holder with a valid Class 1 medical certificate.
  • Residency: Unrestricted right to live and work in Ireland.
  • Language Proficiency: Fluency in English.

Non-Rated Captains:

Minimum requirements:

  • A minimum of 2,000 hours total time of which at least 1000 hours are on large (>5700kgs) multi crew commercial transport aircraft.
  • At least 500 (recent) hours Pilot in Command.
  • EASA licence holder with current Class 1 medical.
  • Unrestricted right to live and work in Ireland.
  • Fluency in English

Selection process:

  • Online Assessment: As per EASA regulations, candidates must complete a ‘Work Related Behavioral’ assessment.
  • Interviews: Successful applicants will be interviewed by our People and Flight Operations teams.
  • Simulator Assessment: Candidates progressing from the interview stage will undergo a simulator assessment.
  • Type Rating Course: Those who complete all stages successfully will be offered a place on the Type Rating Course.
