flyadeal are seeking applications for their new cadet pilot programme which on successful completion would see you progress to a First Officer position on their A320 fleet based at Jeddah, Dammam or Riyadh.

Description
As a Cadet Pilot, you will undergo comprehensive training to develop the skills and knowledge required to become a fully qualified Commercial Pilot on Airbus A320. Cadet Pilots at flyadeal are responsible for the safe and legal operation of the aircraft based on Aviation Administration governances. Delivering the highest of standards while maintaining the maximum in safety standards to deliver service that contributes to the overall customer experience
Applicants will go through the following Hiring stages and tests:
• Verification of Documents.
• Knowledge Test.
• Logbook Screening.
• Interview.
• Psychometric Assessment.
• Aptitude Test.
• Simulator Assessment.
• Pre-employment Medical Check-up.
Requirements
Applicants must meet the following requirments:
1 – Holds a valid Saudi ID
2 – For applicants with an international educational background, the academic certificate must be equivalently approved by the Ministry of Education, whether obtained from an international educational institution inside or outside the Kingdom.
3 -Academic Qualifications and Age:
- Acceptance criteria for applicants with a high school diploma:
– High school certificate (Science section with a minimum grade of “Very Good,” equivalent to a minimum GPA of 80%).
- Acceptance criteria for applicants with a bachelor’s or master’s degree:
– Obtain a bachelor’s or master’s degree in one of the scientific or engineering disciplines with a minimum grade of “Very Good,” equivalent to a minimum GPA of (2.75 out of 4) or (3.75 out of 5).
- The age should not exceed 30 years accordance with Gregorian Calander.
4 – The applicant height at least 165 cm, and weight should be proportionate to height.
5 – The applicant must hold a commercial pilot license issued by the Saudi General Authority of Civil Aviation (GACA) for twin-engine aircraft, including navigation using aviation navigation devices. Alternatively, the applicant may hold a pilot license issued by an aviation institution registered as a member of the International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO) As a commercial pilot for twin-engine aircraft, including flying using aviation navigation devices.
6 – Conversion of License by General Authority of Civil Aviation (GACA).
7 – The applicant must pass the knowledge tests conducted by the General Authority of Civil Aviation (GACA) and achieve a minimum score of (80%).
8 – The applicant must pass the English Language Proficiency Test (ICAO English Language Proficiency Test “ELPT”) conducted by the General Authority of Civil Aviation (GACA) and achieve a minimum level (Level 4), and the certification must be valid.
9 – Hold a valid GACA first class medical certificate.
10 – The total flying hours should be (240) flight hours, including at least (25) hours of flying on twin-engine aircraft.
