Airbus Rated First Officers:

  1. Open to Malaysian only who achieve a minimum age of 26 years but not above 40 years of age.
  2. Hold a valid Malaysian ATPL with a current Airbus FBW rating.
  3. ICAO Level 4 or above English Language Proficiency (ELP).
  4. Valid Class 1 Medical Certificate.
  5. Minimum Grand Total Hours of 1,500 which shall include;
  • Minimum 1,000 P2 hours on MPJ/EFIS/FMS > 20,000 KG and 500 P2 hours on A320; OR
  • Minimum 1,000 P2 hours on AIRBUS FBW aircraft(s).

 

Airbus Rated Captains:

  1. Open to qualified Malaysian, Permanent Resident (PR) of Malaysia and Residence Pass- Talent (RP-T)) Holder who aged between 26 and 62 years.
  2. Hold a valid Malaysian ATPL with a current Airbus FBW rating.
  3. ICAO Level 4 or above English Language Proficiency (ELP).
  4. Valid Class 1 Medical Certificate.
  5. Minimum Grand Total Hours of 5,000 which shall include;
  • Minimum 1,500 P1 hours MPJ/EFIS/FMS > 20,000 KG; and minimum 800 P1 hours on A320; OR
  • Minimum 1,500 P1 hours on AIRBUS FBW aircraft(s).

Note: Captains unable to meet the above criteria may apply for FO Position and is eligible for an accelerated command program subject to terms and condition.
