Description:

The Training & Standards department at Virgin Australia is responsible for the Training, development and operational standards of all Virgin Australia Flight Crew.

With a busy recurrent training programme, an increase in the B737 fleet size being planned, alongside the introduction of UPRT and the B737Max, we are facing a very busy period.

You will be a experienced trainer, passionate about delivering the best possible training to our Flight Crew.

Requirements:

It is essential that you have the following experience;

•                     Current CASA ATPL / IR

•                     Current jet aircraft type rating on an aircraft over 50 tonnes

•                     Significant commercial flying experience (5000+ hours), or military equivalent

•                     Previous relevant Check & Training experience

•                     A strong team ethic

•                     A passion for training

Ideally, you will also have;

•                     B737 Type Rating

•                     Current, or recent, Training Management experience

•                     Current relevant Check & Training experience

•                     Proven experience in building effective check & training programmes

Location & Remuneration:

The role will be based in Brisbane.

Remuneration, Terms & Conditions will be discussed and agreed with the successful candidates
