Volaris are accepting applications for A320 Rated & Non-Rated Captains & First Officers for their various bases across Mexico.

Spanish & English (language) minimum requirements below:

First Officer:

Co-pilot Requirements

Current commercial airline transport license.
Medical fitness (aviation medicine).
American tourist class visa.
Mexican / Costa Rican / Salvadoran passport.
Aviator Pilot Title.
Aviator Pilot Card.
Count with a minimum of 220 hours. certified flight logs.
Schooling: Baccalaureate completed, certificate required.
English level 4 or higher with aviation certificate.
Availability of 100% hours and change of residence.

Requisitos para Copiloto

  • Licencia de transporte línea aérea comercial vigente.
  • Aptitud médica (medicina de aviación).
  • Visa americana clase turista.
  • Pasaporte mexicano / costarricense / salvadoreño.
  • Título de Piloto Aviador.
  • Cédula de Piloto Aviador.
  • Contar con mínimo 220 hrs. de vuelo certificadas en bitácora.
  • Escolaridad: bachillerato concluido, indispensable contar con certificado.
  • Nivel de inglés 4 o superior con certificado de aviación.
  • Disponibilidad de horario 100% y cambio de residencia.

Captain requirements:

Current medical fitness (aviation medicine).
American tourist class visa.
Valid Mexican / Costa Rican / Salvadoran passport.
Aviator Pilot Title.
Aviator Pilot Card.
Count with a minimum of 4,000 hours. certified flight and 500 hrs. commanding.
Schooling: Baccalaureate completed, certificate required.
English level 4 or higher with aviation certificate.
Full availability of schedule and change of residence.
Desirable A320 capacity.
Competences: Decision-making, Teamwork and Emotional Intelligence

Requisitos para Capitán

  • Licencia de transporte línea aérea ATP vigente.
  • Aptitud médica vigente (medicina de aviación).
  • Visa americana clase turista.
  • Pasaporte mexicano / costarricense / salvadoreño vigente.
  • Título de Piloto Aviador.
  • Cédula de Piloto Aviador.
  • Contar con mínimo 4,000 hrs. de vuelo certificadas y 500 hrs. al mando.
  • Escolaridad: bachillerato concluido, indispensable contar con certificado.
  • Nivel de inglés 4 o superior con certificado de aviación.
  • Total disponibilidad de horario y cambio de residencia.
  • Deseable capacidad A320.
  • Competencias: Toma de decisiones, Trabajo en equipo e Inteligencia emocional
