A320 Rated First Officer requirements:
- A320 Valid Type Rating
- Minimum 500 hours Total Time
- Minimum 500 hours on the A320
- Valid and Current License and Medical
- Applicants must be current and qualified i.e. within 12 months of their last proficiency check
- Minimum ICAO Level 5 English
- License Required: ICAO, EASA FAA, ATPL

A320 Rated Technical Pilot requirements:
- Valid ATPL(A). Licence Required: ICAO, EASA FAA, ATPL.
- Valid A320/IR.
- Minimum 5,000 hours Total Flight Hours, including 2,000 PIC on A320 Family.
- Valid and current Class 1 Medical.
- Applicants must be current and qualified and within 12 months of last proficiency check.
- Minimum ICAO Level 5 English.
- Previous experience as Technical Pilot, preferably with an Airbus Operator.
- Strong technical knowledge (Airbus Bly-By-Wire).
- Thorough understanding of SMS.
- Experience in ETOPS and LVO.
- Experience in creating and revising procedures and checklists.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
