Enter Air First Officer opportunities are currently available for low-hour commercial pilots with a minimum of 200 hours total flying time, offering a route onto the Boeing 737 fleet in Poland.

Enter Air is one of Poland’s largest charter airlines and is recruiting First Officers for a planned training and recruitment programme running through late 2026 and into 2027.


Enter Air First Officer opportunity

This is a particularly attractive opportunity for newly qualified commercial pilots because Enter Air states a minimum requirement of only 200 hours total flying time.

Successful applicants will undertake Boeing 737 Type Rating training in Warsaw before progressing through simulator and line training.


Experience and licence requirements

  • Minimum 200 hours total flying time
  • CPL with frozen ATPL
  • Valid IR/ME rating
  • MCC certificate covering theoretical and practical training
  • Valid Class 1 Medical Certificate
  • Minimum ICAO English Language Proficiency Level 4

Recruitment and training timeline

Enter Air currently publishes the following planned training schedule:

  • Recruitment – October 2026
  • Theoretical training – November to December 2026
  • Simulator training – January to March 2027
  • Line training – March to May 2027

Boeing 737 Type Rating and bases

Enter Air states that Boeing 737 Type Rating training will take place in Warsaw, Poland.

Available Polish bases are listed as Warsaw, Katowice, Poznań, Wrocław and Gdańsk.
