Flybe is looking for future SCCMs who are interested in permanent promotion to SCCM to be based in Aberdeen.

They are also looking for cabin crew in other UK bases.

Minimum requirements:

  • Have 12 months flying experience
  • High standard of safety awareness keeping Safety No 1 priority
  • A love of flying, a huge pride in the job and a passion for providing a great experience to our customers
  • A flexible approach with an ability to delegate tasks to encourage teamwork and empowerment
  • Ability to make decisions and think under pressure
  • A successful problem solver who is able to recover customer issues encouraging customer loyalty
  • Aligned to the company vision to become Europe’s best local airline
  • Cares passionately about Flybe, our customers and crews
  • Self-motivated and passionate about on time performance, sales and great customer service
  • Highly motivated individual who is ready to take on a leadership role and play a key role in managing performance on line
  • Ability to embrace change and influence others as we make more improvements to ensure that we give our customers a truly fantastic service
  • Keen to develop new and existing crew through our assessment process and committed to provide feedback and encourage improved performance
  • Prides themselves on high standards of personal punctuality and attendance
  • Has a flexible approach and understands a positive attitude is essential to this role
