Minimum Flight Crew qualifications:

  • Passport for travel to Canada/U.S.A.
  • US C1/D Crewmember Visa
    (only required for non-Canadian/non-American passport holders)
  • Canadian Category 1 medical
  • Group 1 Instrument Rating

B1900 Captains:

  • Canadian Airline Transport Pilot’s Licence
  • 2500 hours total time
  • 500 hours multi-engine turbine
  • Experience on type or similar type preferred

B1900 First Officers:

  • Canadian Commercial Pilot’s Licence
  • 1000 hours total time
  • 75 hours multi-engine airplane
  • Successful completion of IATRA or ATPL written exam
  • Experience on type or similar type preferred

C208 Captains:

  • Canadian Commercial Pilot’s Licence
  • 1000 hours total time
  • Experience on type preferred

Flight Crew hired with a recent, valid PPC on type:

  • Begin employment at full salary plus per diems, benefits and allowances
  • Do NOT require any training agreement

Flight Crew accepting training / upgrades:

  • Begin employment at full salary plus per diems, benefits and allowances
  • Are provided all necessary training at NO personal cost
  • Agree to remain employed with SkyLink Express for 1 year as a reasonable return on our training investment

COMPENSATION
SkyLink Express frequently reviews all our positions in relation to the marketplace to ensure our team wages and per diems remain competitive.

  • PROFIT SHARING:  SkyLink Express believes team success equals team reward.  In each year SkyLink Express posts a profit, our team members enjoy profit sharing payments during the initial few months the following year.

  • HOLIDAY PAY:  SkyLink Express observes all federal statutory holidays and various provincial holidays.

  • BC HEATH PREMIUMS:  SkyLink Express provides coverage of employee’s monthly provincial individual health plan premiums for BC MSP (Medical Service Plan).
  • DENTAL + HEALTH CARE INSURANCE:  SkyLink Express provides comprehensive family dental / health care insurance plans on a 50% company / 50% team member shared cost basis.
  • LIFE INSURANCE:  SkyLink Express provides basic / dependent group life insurance on a 50% company / 50% team member shared cost basis.  SkyLink Express further provides voluntary life insurance beyond our group plan with all associated costs covered by the team member.
  • ACCIDENTAL DEATH & DISMEMBERMENT (AD&D) INSURANCE:  SkyLink Express provides group AD&D insurance on a 50% company / 50% team member shared cost basis. SkyLink Express further provides voluntary AD&D insurance beyond our group plan with all associated costs covered by the team member.
