Direct Entry Captain Requirements:
- Valid EU ATPL license
- Valid EASA Medical Class 1
- ICAO English 4 or higher
- Minimum of 4000 total flight hours
- Minimum of 2000 hours on multi-pilot/engine turbine airplane (CS-25)
- Minimum of 1000 hours of Command experience on a CS-25 aircraft
- Clean Criminal Record
- Exceptional leadership, commitment to the highest standards of safety and responsibility, mentorship abilities and professional excellence
Senior First Officer Fast Track Command Requirements:
- Valid EU FCL CPL or ATPL license
- Valid EASA Medical Class 1
- ICAO English 4 or higher
- Minimum of 2750 hours of CAT operations on modern aircraft with EFIS, FMA and FMS systems
- Minimum of 1500 hours on CS25 (MTOW >5,7t)
- Clean Criminal Record
- Excellent CRM and unmatched professionalism: self-motivated, with a strong commitment to the highest standards of safety and responsibility

Direct Entry Captain Salary:
- Choosing Commuting Roster: Annual guaranteed base salary from 96 390 EUR gross up to 106 590 EUR gross, depending on your previous experience, with planned productivity up to 130,800 EUR per annum average
- Choosing one of Base Rosters (Fixed or Flexible): Annual guaranteed base salary from 113 400 EUR gross up to 125 400 EUR gross, depending on your previous experience, with planned productivity up to 153 680 EUR gross per annum average
Senior First Officer Salary:
- Choosing Commuting Roster: Annual guaranteed base salary from 72 420 EUR gross, with planned productivity up to 88 470 EUR per annum average
- Choosing one of Base Rosters (Fixed or Flexible): Annual guaranteed base salary from 85 200 EUR gross, with planned productivity up to 104 000 EUR gross per annum average
- Command upgrade within 1 year.

Direct Entry Captains:
Flexible roster with a minimum of 11 days off per month, with 2 blocks of 4 days off
Salary: Annual average base salary 90000 EUR gross (includes 45 BH/month and 23 sectors, plus additional productivity pay in excess of 45 BH and 23 sectors)
Base salary is paid during the training period.
Senior First Officers:
Flexible roster with a minimum of 11 days off per month, with 2 blocks of 4 days off
Salary: Annual average base salary 72000 EUR gross (includes 45 BH/month and 23 sectors, plus additional productivity pay in excess of 45 BH and 23 sectors)
Base salary is paid during the training period
