“When we at transavia.com vacancy for the post of First Officer, we select from our candidate database the most suitable candidates. This, we invite you to participate in our selection process.
If you are invited to attend two interviews. These interviews are held with members of the Transavia Assumption Commission (TACO) and take place in one day. TACO consists of a number of our pilots and a representative of the HR department. If these talks are successful, then there is a psychological examination and possibly a simulator session instead. Based on these interviews and psychological tests will determine whether you qualify for the training of transavia.com.
A positive decision, following the medical examination and security screening, and then you’re ready to go into training. The actual allocation of a training place is dependent on our demand for new pilots.”
