We fly to more than 100 destinations across Europe, the Middle East, North Africa, and the Caucasus region from home base Riga and operational bases Tallinn, Vilnius, Tampere and seasonal Gran Canaria. Non-rated or Rated First Officer:

Salary: Annual average base income (includes up to 60 BH/month) 57 800 EUR gross, BH 40 EUR gross

Work model: Onsite

Hours: Full time in shifts

Location: airBaltic Headquarters

What You will need to succeed

  • At least 1000 hours of CAT operations on aircraft with EFIS, FMA and FMS systems, MTOW of the aircraft at least 5,7t

  • Valid EU FCL CPL or ATPL license (EASA form 141)

  • Valid EASA Medical Class 1

  • ICAO English 4 or higher

  • Clean Criminal Record

  • To be self-motivated, committed to the highest standards of safety and responsibility, and willing to relocate to the Latvia for the contract duration period


Non-rated or Rated Senior First Officer with Fast Track Command:

Salary: Annual average base income (includes 60 BH/month) 56 880 – 70 200 EUR gross (minimum 38 110 – 47 066 EUR net), BH 50 EUR gross

Work model: Onsite

Hours: Full time in shifts

Location: airBaltic Headquarters

What You will need to succeed

  • Valid EU FCL CPL or ATPL license

  • Valid EASA Medical Class 1

  • ICAO English 4 or higher

  • Minimum of 2750 hours of CAT operations on modern aircraft with EFIS, FMA and FMS systems

  • Minimum of 1500 hours on CS25 (MTOW >5,7t)

  • Clean Criminal Record

  • Excellent CRM

  • High level of professionalism, self-motivation and commitment to the highest standards of safety and responsibility

  • Annual average base income (includes 60 BH/month) 57 800 EUR gross (minimum 38 726 EUR net)

  • BH rate 40 EUR gross

  • Fast track to command within a year (for Fast Track Command applicants)
  • A220 type rating covered by us with a 3 year bond agreement

  • Permanent employment contract with three months’ probation period

  • Flexible roster with possibility to bid for preferred days off and flights

  • Average 70 BH flown in month

  • A minimum of 8 days off per month with 4 days off in a row

  • Roster for the next month published 14 calendar days in advance
