Eastern Airways are recruiting Non-Rated First Officers & Captains with various bases available across the UK.  Info from Eastern’s careers page. 

Description:

Eastern Airways has vacancies for Captains First Officers on their ATR72 fleet with bases available across the UK.

Minimum requirements:

Applicants need to have a current class one medical and a UK ATPL, meet the criteria for an airside ID pass, and hold a valid driving licence.

Captains:

Minimum experience requirement for Direct Entry Commanders are 3500 hours total time, including 1000 hours multi, UK ATPL and a right to live and work in the UK.

First Officers:

For First Officers are 1,000 hours total and ideally 500 hours multi engine.

This does indicate they may accept applications from outstanding candidates without the hour requirements above.
