Eurowings A320 Fast Track opportunities are currently available for experienced First Officers looking to progress rapidly towards command across several European bases.

The vacancy is open to both Airbus A320 type-rated and non-type-rated pilots who meet the published experience requirements, with A320-rated candidates receiving preference.

Eurowings A320 Fast Track opportunity

Eurowings Europe is recruiting experienced First Officers for its Airbus A320-family operation, offering a fast-track pathway towards Captain.

Current locations include Prague, Warsaw, Krakow, Gdansk and Wroclaw under the Eurowings WINGS Pattern roster model.

Experience requirements

  • Minimum 4,000 flight hours on aircraft above 19.5 tonnes MTOM.
  • Minimum 350 landings on aircraft above 19.5 tonnes MTOM.
  • Active line flying within the previous 24 months.
  • A320 type rating preferred but not mandatory.
  • A320-rated applicants with at least 500 hours on type are preferentially considered.
  • No-accident / no-incident confirmation.
  • Two professional references from individuals who hold or have held managerial or training positions within aviation.

Licence and medical requirements

  • Valid EASA ATPL(A).
  • Valid Class 1 Medical Certificate.
  • Minimum ICAO English Language Proficiency Level 4.
  • EU citizenship or appropriate unrestricted residence and work rights.
  • Valid passport suitable for unrestricted operational travel.
  • Higher education entrance qualification or equivalent.

Selection process

The published Eurowings selection process includes an online application followed by Basic Qualification testing, simulator screening, Corporate Qualification and final feedback.

Roster and career progression

The vacancy is offered under the Eurowings WINGS Pattern model, designed to provide blocks of consecutive days off.

Successful candidates join as experienced First Officers with the opportunity to progress through the airline’s fast-track command pathway, subject to performance and operational requirements.
