Flynas is currently looking for A320 Captains to be based in Saudi Arabia.

Captain Selection Criteria

Valid ICAO certificates:

  1. ATPL
  2. Valid first class medical certificate (Licenses verification from issuing authority required).
  3. Max. Age limit – 58 years.

Experience Requirements:

5000 hours total time including:

  1. 2000 hours as PIC Jet experience on Air Carrier or Transport Jet experience on aircraft weight more than 27000 kg.
  2. 500 hours PIC on Airbus 320 family.

Pay & Benefits

CAPTAIN PACKAGE (20 ‐ days On / 10 Days Off )

APPLICABILITY (Airbus A320 Family Rated Captains)

BASIC SALARY & MONTHLY ALLOWNCE ($11,768)
MONTHLY ALLOWNCES Ticket /Transportation/Housing /Accommodation & Education Allowance
MONTHLY FLYING ALLOWNCE Paid on a monthly basis as per the company policy
BASE LOCATION RUH /JED or DMM (Based on business requirement)
INSURANCE ‐ MEDICAL Employee & his /her Family
WORK SCHEDULE Once the pilot released to the line 10 days off per month
FIVE YEARS CONTRACT LENGTH Renewable
INSURANCE ‐ LOSS OF LICENSE & LIFE Provided as per company policy
END OF SERVICE AWARD One basic salary per each year of services up to 10 years. Then 1.5 salary for each year after 10 years.
AVERAGE MONTHLY SALARY AFTER RELEASED\75 hours ($16,000)
