Tasks:

As a pilot, you represent SWISS. Together with the entire crew, you will bring our guests safely and on time to their destination and bear the responsibility for the aircraft, crew, passengers and cargo on board.
Other tasks include:
  • The SWISS aircraft operates in a safe and efficient manner, paying attention to punctuality, economy and high quality standards for our guests
  • Flight preparation and execution according to SWISS guidelines
  • Cooperation with crew, ground personnel and air traffic control
  • Support and representation of the commander in all matters
  • Maintain and deepen professional knowledge continuously and autonomously
  • Responsible and sustainable action

Non-Rated First Officer requirements:

 

  • ATPL(A), CPL(A)/IR or MPL Licence (EASA Part-FCL)
  • Advanced UPRT Training acc. EASA.FCL.745
  • Valid Medical Class 1 Certificate
  • Flight performance record (flight book statement,licence, etc.)
  • Swiss nationality or EU-27/EFTA passport
  • Very good language skills in German (minimum B2 level must be proven if German is not a mother/every day language) and good conversation skills in English (minimum ICAO Level 4)
  • Untreated Leumund
  • Integral, mature, loyal personality with social skills and leadership potential
  • General readiness to be vaccinated with vaccines approved in Switzerland (incl. COVID-19, yellow fever,etc.)
  • Body size: 160-198cm
