Sponsorship Information
This is a Titan Airways fully-funded multi-pilot training programme for which we expect there to be considerable enthusiasm. The sponsorship covers the costs of APS MCC, Advanced UPRT and Type Training leading to an offer of full employment and an exciting flying career with Titan Airways.
Initial applications are submitted online from which a shortlist of applications will progress onto Step 2 (Online Assessment) for which a small fee of £120 including VAT will be levied by VA for the tests. From Step 2, a final group of applicants will then progress onto Step 3 for a final airline selection day with Titan Airways.
Pilots offered sponsorship by Titan Airways will be asked to lodge a Training Expenses Deposit of £12,000 including VAT during the Airline Qualification phase of training, which will then be transferred by VA to Titan Airways once qualification training is complete. Paid in two instalments, £4,800 thirty days prior to APS MCC training, and £7,200 prior to UPRT training, the Training Expenses Deposit will then be fully repaid to the pilot by Titan Airways over the first 18 months of employment in addition to their salary.
Upon full employment and prior to commencement of the Airline Career phase of training, pilots will also be required to sign a standard 4-year airline employment bond (conditions of which will be outlined by Titan Airways in their employment offer).
