Etihad Airways A320 First Officers

Etihad Airways is recruiting A320 First Officers for Abu Dhabi-based positions.

Minimum experience

Applicants must meet one of these routes:

• Route A: 2,000 total flight hours, including 1,500 hours on multi-crew glass-cockpit multi-pilot aircraft and 500 hours on type.
• Route B: 1,500 total flight hours, including 1,000 hours on any A320 family aircraft.

General eligibility

• Flown an A320 family aircraft within the past 12 months; A320 type rating valid for at least two months on joining.
• Unrestricted ATPL or valid frozen ATPL issued by an ICAO member state, plus a current unrestricted Class 1 medical.
• Under 50 on the joining date and ICAO English Level 4 or higher.

Pay and benefits

Etihad advertises potential annual earnings of up to AED 513,732 based on 75 flying hours per month. Its published package also includes housing and other allowances, staff travel, insurance, relocation support and 42 days of annual leave. Terms depend on the offer and eligibility.
